CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:
If the item does not meet your needs, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging and in as-new, saleable condition. This means the product must not have been used, assembled, damaged, washed, or laundered.

To return your product, please arrange for it to be shipped to the following address:

Please note that returns must be sent via courier. We do not accept returns delivered in person to our warehouse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable, including any shipping costs incurred when the item was originally sent to you, even if your order qualified for free or discounted shipping.  If you need help arranging a return, please contact us and we will be happy to assist with a shipping quote.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the product is not in saleable condition or if the original packaging is missing or damaged, a restocking fee will apply.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@fabhabitat.com.au SALE ITEMS Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
